European Charter Airline

ACMI24 has worked with this established European charter airline each year since our first encounter, allowing them to meet their peak seasonal demand.

Airline customer: European Charter Airline
Lease Period: May – October (summer season)
Reason for lease: Add peak season capacity
Aircraft: A320
Config: 180Y

The summer season within Europe is popular with tourists travelling to Mediterranean holiday destinations. Charter airlines see a big increase in demand for aircraft capacity during the May to October period. To increase availability without the commitment of adding aircraft to their fleet, our client approached us for planned ACMI leasing capacity.

ACMI24 has worked with this established European charter airline each year since our first encounter, allowing them to meet their peak seasonal demand.

The aircraft (A320) are provided in white livery, to which the lessee adds their own decals. They are operated on an ACMI damp lease basis – with the lessor providing cockpit crew and the lessee providing cabin crew – certified on the lessor’s AOC for operations during the lease period.

For travelling passengers, everything from aircraft livery to cabin crew presentation is branded as the European charter airline – providing a seamless passenger experience. Our client appreciates our attention to detail, and has become a longstanding repeat customer.
