The role is responsible for developing existing and new short-term leases and clients. This is an entry level role with the opportunity to progress into a leasing executive role. We are looking for individuals who have one to two years’ aviation operations experience, and/or a relevant sales background or a recent graduate with an aviation degree.

As an individual you will be highly target-driven, with a desire to ‘win’ business, with first-rate people skills. This role is a 4 on/4 off shift pattern role comprising 2 days and 2 nights so you will be able to work well on your own initiative and within a team.  You will have excellent time management skills to meet contract and project deadlines. This will all be underpinned with a strong commercial awareness. The role may involve some overseas travel.
