H24 Commercial Manager

We are looking to recruit a Manager to lead our H24 team. Working in our head office in Reigate, you will be responsible for managing and leading our H24 team ensuring that we provide support to our Commercial teams and ensuring that we exceed our customer expectations. Our H24 team works as key central point that supports our Commercial teams and the organisation in providing value add customer service and sales operations support 24/7, 365 days a year. The H24 team is also the lynchpin that supports our Short-Term ACMI service and OOH’s flight services such as AOG.

To be successful you will need have excellent leadership skills combined with airline/aviation operations experience. You will be commercially astute with excellent people skills enabling you to balance the needs of the business, our customers and the team. You will be an excellent problem solver, able to stay calm under pressure. Experience in setting up processes and operational procedures would be advantageous.

This role is a 4on/4off shift pattern, combining days and nights to ensure that you are able to spend time with the team as well as providing additional cover as needed.

NetSuite Contractor (2 months)

We are looking to add an additional member to our team to support and help develop our ERP system for a 2 month contract role.

We have recently implemented NetSuite as our integrated ERP system. Now the system is bedding into all departments and international offices we are looking for someone to come and support us in the final delivery of NetSuite.

We are looking for someone who is proficient in NetSuite CRM and ERP, has a strong understanding of the core finance modules, and has advanced skills in the creation and publication of dashboards and reports.

We are looking for people who have airline/aviation industry experience preferably in either operations or senior cabin crew. If you also have previous sales or broking experience that would be ideal. As an individual, you will be highly target-driven, with a desire to ‘win’ business, with first-rate people skills. This role is a 4 on/4 off shift pattern role comprising either 2 days and 2 nights or nights only so you will be able to work well on your own initiative and within a team. You will have excellent time management skills to meet contract and project deadlines. This will all be underpinned with a strong commercial awareness. The role may involve some overseas travel.

Charter Executive (UK)

Our Charter Team is a vibrant and growing team, and we have an exciting new vacancy for a Charter Broker/Executive to fill!

The role, based in our Head Office in Reigate,  is responsible for growing and retaining charter clients. In this role, you will source solutions to flight enquiries and actively manage fixtures, providing excellent customer service. You will also carry out business development and marketing with the support of the Business Development team to manage clients and prospect new relationships.

The ideal candidate will ideally have previous experience of broking, relevant travel industry experience, or relevant sales experience. As this is a sales role, we will be looking for an individual who is highly target-driven to achieve for themselves, for the team and the company. Leasing Assistant (UK)

We are looking to recruit a highly-motivated aircraft leasing broker to join our market-leading ACMI24 team in our UK Head Office. The role is responsible for developing existing and new short-term leases and clients. This is an entry level role with the opportunity to progress into a leasing executive role. We are looking for individuals who have one to two years’ aviation operations experience, and/or a relevant sales background or a recent graduate with an aviation degree.
