If you are a school or college student with an interest in working in the aviation industry, ACC offers a number of week-long work placements each year, giving you the opportunity to gain invaluable first-hand experience. Additionally, as a university or college undergraduate in your second or third year, you can apply to join ACC for your sandwich year placement.

Internships such as these are a great way of improving commercial awareness and employability, providing industry-specific insights and enabling you to establish key contacts for when you conclude your studies. Part Time Flight Support Assistant

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Corporate Shuttle team in our UK Head Office in Reigate.

The role works as part of a team that coordinates operational aspects of our regular flights in the corporate shuttle and broking teams. Duties include monitoring the ACC shuttle programme, liaising with the client and supplier, issuing programme checks, dealing with various queries related to providing successful flights (e.g., baggage queries, catering, special requests)  as well as assisting with the reporting and invoicing for the shuttle programme.

The role is a part-time shift role, to cover a roster on Mondays and Tuesdays (05.45-11.30) and Thursday (14.30 -20.30). Some additional hours may be required to cover holidays and provide support for delayed flights.

The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to be flexible and  keep a clear head in time critical, pressurised situations. This will be combined with an organised approach to work and a strong attention to detail. You should be an individual who is equally comfortable working on their own initiative and as part of a team to deliver an excellent service.

A passion for aviation and/or experience in the aviation industry would be very advantageous.

Charter Executive

Our Charter Team is a vibrant and growing team, and we have an exciting new vacancy for a Charter Broker/Executive to fill!

The role, based in our Head Office in Reigate,  is responsible for growing and retaining charter clients. In this role, you will source solutions to flight enquiries and actively manage fixtures, providing excellent customer service. You will also carry out business development and marketing with the support of the Business Development team to manage clients and prospect new relationships.

The ideal candidate will ideally have previous experience of broking, relevant travel industry experience, or relevant sales experience. As this is a sales role, we will be looking for an individual who is highly target-driven to achieve for themselves, for the team and the company. This needs to be supported with first-rate people skills and excellent time management.

Leasing Assistant

Would you like the opportunity to develop and grow your skills as a leasing broker in one of the top ACMI leasing teams?

We are looking to recruit a highly-motivated aircraft leasing broker to join our market-leading ACMI24 team in our UK Head Office. The role is responsible for developing existing and new short-term leases and clients. This is an entry level role with the opportunity to progress into a leasing executive role. We are looking for individuals who have one to two years’ aviation operations experience, and/or a relevant sales background or a recent graduate with an aviation degree.

As an individual you will be highly target-driven, with a desire to ‘win’ business, with first-rate people skills. This role is a 4 on/4 off shift pattern role comprising 2 days and 2 nights so you will be able to work well on your own initiative and within a team.  You will have excellent time management skills to meet contract and project deadlines. This will all be underpinned with a strong commercial awareness. The role may involve some overseas travel.
