ACC Aviation is proud to announce that Glenn Hogben, Operations Director, has been elected as a council member for BACA, the Air Charter Association.
Glenn, who has over 13 years of experience in aircraft charter and leasing, takes an active role in supporting the strategic planning and development of the wider business alongside a continuing focus on charter division growth.
Speaking about his appointment, Glenn said “It is a great honour to be invited to join the BACA council. I firmly believe that BACA has an increasingly important role to play as the industry continues to grow and develop, ensuring that the high professional standards are maintained across the board. I look forward to working with the other council members to further build and promote the advantages of membership, already recognised by so many, to more regional and commercial airlines across Europe.”
BACA, founded by members of the Baltic Mercantile and Shipping Exchange in March 1949, aims to set the same standards of integrity and professionalism to aircraft chartering for which the Baltic Exchange and the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers have long been known and respected for.
BACA Chairman Richard Mumford welcomed Glenn to the BACA Council, adding “I am sure that Glenn will bring a wealth of industry knowledge and expertise to the Association. We are an Association of brokers so to have Glenn on board further strengthens the number of brokers we have on the Council. I hope this will mean that we can increase and enhance the levels of services we deliver for our members and I look forward to many valuable contributions from Glenn in his new role”.
