ACC Supports Kam Air Fleet Expansion

ACC Aviation Consultancy successfully completes a series of aircraft transactions on behalf of Afghanistan's largest airline, Kam Air.

ACC Aviation Consultancy has successfully completed a number of aircraft transactions on behalf of Kam Air, the largest airline in Afghanistan.

ACC facilitated the acquisition of three ex-Southwest Airlines Boeing 737-300 aircraft for Kam Air, in line with the airline’s strategy to modernise and expand its existing narrowbody fleet. Accordingly, Kam Air has now retired its McDonnell Douglas MD-80 aircraft in favour of the relatively newer Boeing 737 Classics.

We also worked to secure an additional Airbus A340-300, the fourth in Kam Air’s fleet of A340s, which was acquired in response to robust international passenger demand.

Asset Manager, Ahmed Zafar, comments: “It has been our pleasure to partner with Kam Air on numerous projects over the years and being an integral part of the airline’s rapid growth.

We look forward to continuing our collaboration and assisting Kam Air in achieving their strategic objectives.”
