Our Charter Team is a vibrant and growing team, and we have an exciting new vacancy for a Charter Broker/Executive to fill!
The role, based in our Head Office in Reigate, is responsible for growing and retaining charter clients.
In this role, you will source solutions to flight enquiries and actively manage fixtures, providing excellent customer service. You will also carry out business development and marketing with the support of the Business Development team to manage clients and prospect new relationships.
The ideal candidate will ideally have previous experience of broking, relevant travel industry experience, or relevant sales experience.
As this is a sales role, we will be looking for an individual who is highly target-driven to achieve for themselves, for the team and the company. This needs to be supported with first-rate people skills and excellent time management.

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Corporate Shuttle team in our UK Head Office in Reigate.
The role works as part of a team that coordinates operational aspects of our regular flights in the corporate shuttle and broking teams. Duties include monitoring the ACC shuttle programme, liaising with the client and supplier, issuing programme checks, dealing with various queries related to providing successful flights (e.g., baggage queries, catering, special requests) as well as assisting with the reporting and invoicing for the shuttle programme.
The role is a part-time shift role, to cover a roster on Mondays and Tuesdays (05.45-11.30) and Thursday (14.30 -20.30). Some additional hours may be required to cover holidays and provide support for delayed flights.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to be flexible and keep a clear head in time critical, pressurised situations. This will be combined with an organised approach to work and a strong attention to detail. You should be an individual who is equally comfortable working on their own initiative and as part of a team to deliver an excellent service.
A passion for aviation and/or experience in the aviation industry would be very advantageous.
